Options

  • Option 020 (15dB Low Noise Internal Preamplifier)

    This option provides an internal, super low-noise 15dB preamplifier, enabling maximum performance particularly when measuring extremely weak signals. It is switched via a TRUE RF switch. There really is no excuse for not ordering this one, considering its very attractive price. The maximum sensitivity of the V4 series without option 020 is lower by 15dB.

  • Option UBBV1, 40dB Low Noise External Broadband Preamplifier (1MHz-1GHz)

    These external super low-noise preamplifiers have a broad frequency range and high 40dB gain, enabling maximum performance particularly when measuring extremely weak signals at  EN55011, EN55022 or EN50371 EMC-test. If you use our BicoLOG antennas or our PBS1 Near Field Probe Set and EMC-Sniffer these broadband amplifiers are a MUST HAVE to get the best performance.

  • Option UBBV2, 40dB Low Noise External Broadband Preamplifier (1MHz-10GHz)

    These external super low-noise preamplifiers have a broad frequency range and high 40dB gain, enabling maximum performance particularly when measuring extremely weak signals at a EN55011, EN55022 or EN50371 EMC-test. If you use our BicoLOG antennas or our PBS1 Near Field Probe Set and EMC-Sniffer these broadband amplifiers are a MUST HAVE to get the best performance.

  • Option 204 (8GHz Broadband Peak Power Meter for HF-6080 (X))

    This option expands your SPECTRAN with a Peak Power Meter with full 8GHz of bandwidth. Furthermore it allows exact measurement of signals with high crest factor like those of WLAN technology, and even extremely short signals, like Radar bursts. What's more, measurement is performed in real-time and broadband, while at the same time being temperature-compensated. It is also an perfect solution for measurement of cable attenuation or receiver output. Depending on the actual frequency, the Power Meter provides a sensitivity of up to approx. -50dBm, while the maximum usable level is +10dBm.

  • EMI/EMC Near Field Probe Set Sniffer PBS1 or PBS2 (DC to 9GHz)

    Allows straightforward pinpointing and measurement of interference sources from DC to 9GHz in electronic component groups as well as execution and monitoring of generic EMC measurement.   • DC-Blocker (SMA)

    The DC-Blocker must be used if you want to measure DC powered signals like DSL/ISDN lines. It prevents the RF-input of the SPECTRAN from being destroyed by the DC-voltages. Simply connect the DC-Blocker to the SMA-input of your SPECTRAN. More product details in our shop.

  • Calibration Resistor (SMA)

Our latest V4 X generation offer a vastly enhanced feature set with better screening, significantly faster sample time, more dynamic range, better IP3, reduced phase noise and greater demodulation bandwidth compared to the previous V3 series. Limits measurement:

The included software offers a powerful limits display including limits line, percentage display, multiple windows feature, recording and playback etc. Spectrum analyzers with this high-end feature usually cost  thousands of Euro. Just save this cost by using Aaronia V4 X analyzers.

 

Antenna included:

The shipment of each SPECTRAN V4 X already includes a free radial isotropic antenna which covers a frequency range from 700MHz to 2,5GHz. In addition Aaronia provides a lot of optional antennas especially for pre compliance and EMC/EMI tests. Those offer a much higher frequency range (up to 18GHz) and more gain (especially in the frequency range below 700MHz). More details about our antennas can be found at Aaronia Antennas
