I dont get any GPS signal. I know that it can take a few minutes with a new devide but i had it for 60 min laying outside under blue sky and still dont got any signal.
The device is turned on without logging and no serial connection to a computer. The GPS LED is flashing red.
Is there something else I can try? At what point should I consider that I have got a malfunctioning device and oder a replacement?
We are having the same issue with the devices we've purchased.
I have same troubles with 2-loggers (serial #50303500041 & #50303500029) , purchased 3 weeks ago.
Loggers can't get GPS signals. (red flashing on GPS LED)
There seems to be a problem with the internal GPS sensor.
The development department is already working on it and will probably be able to present a solution within the next week.

Thats great news. Is it possible to do the firmware update without sending the logger back? Support told me to do the RMA process over the reseller. It would be nice if there is a faster way.
