I have occurred problem while firmware downgrade in Spectran 6080 from V 2.20 to Beta40. The device doesn`t want to turn on. While i perform hard firmware reset, the device is recognised by the Windows, but when I`m scanning it by Spectran Firmware updater i have these messages on specific textboxes:
Description: Aaronia Spectrum Analyzer
Model: (empty)
Serial: (empty)
Current Firmware: N/A
Installed options: Device not recognized.

I`d be very thankful for any clues how to solve this problem

Downgrading the firmware is no good idea at all and can result in major problems since new/old features might use other file IDs which will be deleted with old firmware versions. This might have happened in this case.

I tried to downgrade, because the logger was working incorrectly after upgrade. So, as i understood, there is no way to make the device working again?

The Logger works fine and was never changed between the last upgrades.
If the unit does not work after "reupgrade" to the latest firmware version you have to send it back to us for reinstallation and recallibration.
Please note that this service would cost 199,95 Euros plus shipping.
