I finally managed to export mdr data to a cvs file. However, I’, having some difficulties on understanding the way the information was registered.
In the attached cvs file (I’m also sending the mdr file from which the cvs file was obtained), some frequencies are duplicated. In this particular case, the frequency span goes from 30 to 60 Hz, with a filter of 3Hz at a sample rate of 200ms. The frequency values obtained are duplicated for 30 and 31 Hz, a single column for 32 Hz, repeating the patterns this point forward (33-33-34-34-35-36-36-37-37-38-…). Can you provide me a explanation?

Look at the frequency setup of your MDR source:

30; 30; 30; 30.6; 30.6; 30.6; 31.2; 31.2; 31.2; 31.8; 31.8; 31.8; 32.4; 32.4; 32.4; 33; 33; 33; 33.6; 33.6; 33.6; 34.2; 34.2; 34.2; 34.8; 34.8; 34.8; 35.4; 35.4; 35.4; 36; 36; 36; 36.6; 36.6; 36.6; 37.2; 37.2; 37.2; 37.8; 37.8; 37.8; 38.4; 38.4; 38.4; 39; 39; 39; 39.6; 39.6; 39.6; 40.2; 40.2; 40.2; 40.8; 40.8; 40.8; 41.4; 41.4; 41.4; 42; 42; 42; 42.6; 42.6; 42.6; 43.2; 43.2; 43.2; 43.8; 43.8; 43.8; 44.4; 44.4; 44.4; 45; 45; 45; 45.6; 45.6; 45.6; 46.2; 46.2; 46.2; 46.8; 46.8; 46.8; 47.4; 47.4; 47.4; 48; 48; 48; 48.6; 48.6; 48.6; 49.2; 49.2; 49.2; 49.8; 49.8; 49.8; 50.4; 50.4; 50.4; 51; 51; 51; 51.6; 51.6; 51.6; 52.2; 52.2; 52.2; 52.8; 52.8; 52.8; 53.4; 53.4; 53.4; 54; 54; 54; 54.6; 54.6; 54.6; 55.2; 55.2; 55.2; 55.8; 55.8; 55.8; 56.4; 56.4; 56.4; 57; 57; 57; 57.6; 57.6; 57.6; 58.2; 58.2; 58.2; 58.8; 58.8; 58.8; 59.4; 59.4; 59.4; 60; 60; 60;

You have recorded in 3D so you get a sample record for every axis so you get the same frequency 3 times (x, y, z axis).
As you can see in your CSV file your conversion went wrong:

30	30	31	31	32	33	33	34	34	35	36	36	37	37	38	39	39	40	40	41	42	42	43	43	44	45	45	46	46	47	48	48	49	49	50	51	51	52	52	53	54	54	55	55	56	57	57	58	58	59	60
