What is the size of the buffer that stores data (in the Spectran 6065) before it will be sent??

That's not a fixed constant. Use the driver API (e.g. FT_GetStatus()) to check how much data is available for reading. It's best to assume that the Spectran does not buffer data at all.

I am not using FTDI driver and for that , i demmand the bufer size ....
How can i be sure that the spectran has sent to me all data?

Sigh ... the Spectran uses a FTDI serial-to-usb converter chip, which may or may not buffer data. This is information we cannot provide, just like we cannot provide information about the USB protocol used by that chip, that's what the FTDI driver is for.
If you insist on using some other driver you're on your own.
