Hello.
I have used a serial terminal to send commands to Spectran HF-6060 under windows.
Now I am trying to do the same for linux, however the device is not recognised as USB2Serial.
Any help?

Not quite sure what you're talking about. The Spectran protocol is binary, so you'll have some problem when trying to use it over a serial terminal. The device should be listed in Linux in the /dev filesystem, the actual name will vary based on distribution and connected USB devices. It is however not supposed to be accessed as a serial terminal (I assume you were accessing it using the Ftdi VCP driver on Windows).
