A lot of people own a V4 spectrum analyzer and ask us for the complete dimension of the internal PCB to create own OEM/Bulk versions of our analyzer (E.g. to perfectly know all drilling positions to add them in another housing etc.).
Attached are all data you need to do so:
- 3D files of the PCB (Solid Works, IGES, STEP, PARASOLID)
- DXF file of the PCB
We also offer the PCBs only (without housing, LCD etc.) which will save a little cost to add them in your own project.
Since the complete spectrum analyzer PCB is very small (about 140x80x8mm only plus SMA connector and USB port) and very light (about 60gr only, should be by far world lightest 9GHz analyzer) its simple to integrate in even very small housings or if you need a very light spectrum analyzer (add it where every gram matters, like small Helicopter, Drones etc.)

The typical power consumption of the V4 units:
HF V4 units (Hotkey 4 = GSM900):
650mA @ 12V = 7,8W
BTW: The power plug is a 3,8mm version with 1,3mm inner diameter.

7V is the minimum voltage for operation of all SPECTRAN units but at this low voltage the units can not charge the battery any more.
15V is the maximum voltage all SPECTRAN units can handle.
